INGREDIENTS
1 egg
45 g sugar
40 g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
30 g melted unsalted butter
5 g tea powder or 3 tea bags
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Steep loose tea leaves in the melted butter for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture through a fine seive. Set aside
Mix the egg and sugar together. Whisk in the sifted cake flour and baking powder
Stir in the tea-infused melted butter
Pour the batter into a piping bag and chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight
When its ready to serve...
Preheat oven to 205 ºC
Melt some butter to grease the pan and dust with flour
Pipe the batter into each of the scalloped well until 3/4 full
Bake at 210 ºC for 11 - 12 mins
Best enjoy right after baking - crispy on the edges and fluffy on the inside

1/2茶匙 泡打粉 (篩過)
30克 溶化的無鹽牛油
5克 茶粉 或 3个茶包 (篩過)
做法步驟
在一個小鍋裡,把牛油溶化。將茶粉/茶葉碎浸泡在已溶化的牛油中約5分鐘。過篩備用
將雞蛋和糖混合。加入已過篩的低筋麵粉和泡打粉,攪拌均勻
倒入(1),混合均勻
將麵糊倒入擠袋中,並放進雪櫃冷藏至少5小時或一個晚上
準備食用時...
將焗爐預熱至205ºC
烤盤先上一層牛油,並撒上一點點麵粉以防粘锅。把多餘的麵粉拍掉
把麵糊從雪櫃取出,將麵糊填入烤模約8分滿
以210ºC 焗11-12 分鐘
出爐後立即享用為佳 - 外脆內軟
