INGREDIENTS
200 g 70% dark chocolate (Valrhona)
100 g unsalted butter
100 g granulated sugar
50 g brown sugar
3 eggs (room temperature)
1/4 tsp salt
68 g all purpose flour
30 g cocoa powder (Valrhona)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a 7" x 7" pan with parchment paper
Melt dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a double boiler
In a separate bowl, mix together granulated sugar and brown sugar
Add eggs one at a time and mix well with a balloon whisk
Whisk the egg mixture with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy and lighter in color
Stir in the chocolate mixture
Sift in salt, flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in with a spatula
Spread batter into the prepared pan
Bake at 190°C for 15 mins, then 200°C for 10 mins

200克 70%黑巧克力(Valrhona)
100克 無鹽牛油
100克 白砂糖
50克 紅糖
3 雞蛋(室溫)
1/4茶匙 鹽
68克 中筋麵粉
30克 可可粉(Valrhona)
做法步驟
將焗爐預熱至190°C。准备烤盘,铺上牛油纸
把黑朱古力和無鹽牛油坐于热水上融化
在另一个碗中,將白砂糖和紅糖拌均
把雞蛋逐一加入,並用蛋抽攪拌均勻
用電動打蛋器以中高速攪拌,直至蓬鬆變淺
把已融化的朱古力加入拌均
篩入鹽,麵粉和可可粉,用刮刀以折叠方式輕輕拌匀
將麵糊倒入已準備好的烤盘中,铺平
以190°C焗15分鐘,再以200°C焗10分鐘
